Q: What is ear microsuction?
A: Ear microsuction is a procedure where ear wax is removed using a specialist suction device under visual guidance. It is a precise, water-free method that is commonly used when irrigation is not suitable.

Q: Is microsuction safe?
A: Microsuction is generally considered safe when carried out by a trained professional. We assess suitability before treatment and will advise you if further medical support is more appropriate.

Q: How long does the procedure take?
A: The procedure typically takes about 30 minutes, but this can vary depending on the amount and type of earwax present. We allow up to 1 hour per visit.

Q: Does the procedure hurt?
A: Most patients find microsuction to be painless. You might experience some noise and slight discomfort during the procedure, but this is generally well-tolerated.

Q: How do I know your services are safe for vulnerable people?
A: We are DBS checked (click here to see certificate) and also have full public liability insurance.

Q: How much does the service cost?
A: The cost of our service is £60 for ear wax removal and £30 for an ear examination. These costs cover both ears.

Q: Are there any additional fees?
A: No, there are no hidden or additional fees beyond the stated fees. If you book an ear examination and we find wax removal is required, you will only pay an additional £30, bringing the total cost to £60.

Q: How do I pay for the service?
