Meet Helen Tromans

Helen is a familiar face to many in the Black Country, having worked in a number of community pharmacies across the region. With a deep-rooted passion for patient care and well over a decade of experience in healthcare, she began performing ear wax removal professionally in 2023, bringing clinical-quality service directly to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Her dedication and skill were recognised nationally when she was invited to the House of Lords in June 2023 for the Recognition of Excellence (RoE) Awards, a prestigious event that celebrates outstanding achievements in community pharmacy. Helen was honoured for her work —an acknowledgment of her compassionate approach, clinical precision, and commitment to making a difference in people’s daily lives.
